2. Project Consultation & Agreement
Before beginning any website development project, our team discusses the client’s requirements, business objectives, design preferences, and requested functionality.
Project requirements may be confirmed through WhatsApp conversations, emails, online meetings, written quotations, invoices, or other documented communication.
Once the client approves the quotation and project requirements, these details become part of the agreed project scope.
Both parties are expected to follow the confirmed agreement.
Any significant changes to the agreed scope may require additional charges and adjustments to the project timeline.
3. Website Development Packages
WebXmart offers different website development packages based on project requirements.
Each package may specify:
Number of website pages
Number of products to be uploaded
Website design requirements
Responsive design features
Shopping cart and checkout functionality
Contact and inquiry forms
Domain and hosting arrangements
SEO setup
Additional integrations
Delivery timeline
Important: Customers are entitled to the features included in their confirmed package or quotation.
Features not included in the original agreement are not automatically provided without additional charges.
For example, if a customer purchases a package containing 5 website pages and 10 product uploads, requests for 10 additional pages or 20 additional products will be treated as additional work unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment Terms & Conditions
Our standard website development payment structure is:
50% Advance Payment Before Project Development
50% Remaining Payment Upon Project Completion, According to the Agreed Delivery Terms
The advance payment confirms the client’s project and allows our team to begin the agreed development activities.
The remaining payment becomes due according to the approved project agreement, normally after completion and before final website handover where this has been agreed.
Alternative payment schedules may apply to certain projects if confirmed in writing.
Customers must verify all payment details before transferring funds.
5. Official Payment Accounts
WebXmart and WebXPro currently accept payments through the following authorized accounts:
JazzCash
Account Number: 0318 8061190
Account Holder: Muhammad Shakeel
SadaPay
Account Number: 0313 8341801
Account Holder: Muhammad Abdullah
These payment accounts are authorized for services provided through WebXmart.com and WebXPro.pk.
Customers should verify the recipient account details before making any payment.
Payments sent to unrelated or unauthorized third-party accounts are not automatically recognized as company payments.
Any dispute involving incorrect payment details will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.
We currently do not offer an official company bank account for customer payments. Updated details will be published on our official websites when available.
6. Payment Verification Policy
All payments are subject to verification.
After transferring payment, customers may be required to provide:
Customer Name
Invoice or Order ID
Payment Amount
Payment Date
Transaction ID
Payment Screenshot
A screenshot alone does not establish that a payment has been received.
Our team verifies the transaction using the relevant payment account records.
Fake, edited, manipulated, or misleading payment screenshots will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to delay payment confirmation until the transaction has been successfully verified.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for website development.
This may include:
Business Name and Contact Details
Company Logo
Website Content
Product Images and Descriptions
Service Information
Domain and Hosting Access
Reference Websites
Design Preferences
Required Features
Feedback and Approvals
Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any text, images, logos, videos, or other materials they provide.
Delays in providing required information may affect the project delivery timeline.
WebXmart is not responsible for delays caused solely by missing client materials, delayed approvals, or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
8. Project Scope & Additional Requirements
Our team develops websites according to the requirements confirmed before or during the agreed project planning stage.
If a client requests additional functionality after approving the project scope, those requests may be subject to separate charges.
Examples include:
Additional Website Pages
Additional Product Uploads
Custom Booking Systems
Advanced eCommerce Features
Additional Payment Gateways
Customer Dashboards
Custom Plugin Development
Advanced Website Animations
Third-Party Software Integrations
Additional Website Languages
Before beginning additional work, we will explain the proposed changes, any applicable charges, and their effect on the delivery timeline.
Additional work will require client approval before it is charged or performed as a separately billable service.
9. Website Design Revisions
We aim to deliver professional website designs that reflect the client’s approved requirements.
Reasonable revisions required to correct errors or fulfill the agreed project scope will be provided without additional development charges.
However, major changes to an approved design, new layouts, additional pages, or entirely new functionality may require a revised quotation.
For example, changing a website’s entire design direction after approving the original design may be considered additional work.
The number of optional design revisions, if limited, will be stated in the project quotation.
Clients should provide clear and consolidated feedback whenever possible.
10. Project Delivery & Completion
Website delivery timelines depend on the size and complexity of the project.
A delivery estimate may be provided after reviewing the requirements.
Project timelines may change due to:
Additional Client Requirements
Delayed Content Submission
Delayed Client Approvals
Third-Party Service Issues
Technical Problems
Changes to the Original Project Scope
We will communicate material delays and revised delivery expectations where reasonably possible.
A project is considered ready for completion review when the agreed functionality and deliverables have been provided for the client’s inspection.
Clients should report any issues relating to the agreed requirements within the review period specified in their project agreement.
If no review period has been specified, a reasonable opportunity to inspect the work will be provided.
11. Final Payment & Website Handover
After the agreed website development work is completed, the remaining project payment becomes due according to the approved payment schedule.
Where the project agreement provides for final payment before handover, final administrative access, website files, or other deliverables may be transferred after the outstanding payment has been received and verified.
Clients will be informed of any handover conditions before entering into the project agreement.
We will not withhold materials or access that the client is already legally or contractually entitled to receive.
Any unresolved dispute regarding completion or payment will be reviewed fairly.
12. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our refund and cancellation procedures are explained in our official Refund Policy.
If a client accidentally transfers money to an authorized account without entering into a project agreement, the payment may be refunded after verification.
If a client cancels a project before development or other chargeable project work begins, the eligible development advance may be refunded.
If work has already started, the refund amount will depend on completed work, authorized expenses, and the agreed project terms.
Once the agreed services have been properly delivered, a refund is not normally available solely because the client changes their mind or requests additional features.
However, clients retain their applicable rights if services are defective, incomplete, or not delivered as agreed.

13. Domain Registration & Hosting Services
WebXmart and WebXPro assist customers with domain registration and web hosting through third-party providers, including Hostinger.
We do not currently operate our own independent domain registry or hosting infrastructure.
Domain and hosting services are subject to the relevant provider’s terms, availability, renewal charges, and technical policies.
When a website package includes one year of domain registration and hosting, this applies to the services specified in the approved quotation.
A complimentary .com domain is subject to availability and the conditions of the selected package.
Unless otherwise agreed, domain and hosting renewals after the included period are charged separately.
Customers are responsible for reviewing renewal notices and making required renewal payments on time.
14. Third-Party Hosting Refunds & Technical Issues
Refund eligibility for domain and hosting purchases depends on the relevant provider’s policies, the purchased product, and the circumstances of the transaction.
Some domain registrations, renewals, and hosting services may be non-refundable or subject to restrictions.
If a client owns and controls the relevant Hostinger account, they may contact Hostinger support directly.
If WebXmart or WebXPro purchased the service through an account under our control, customers should contact our team for assistance.
We will reasonably assist with provider-related issues and any refund requests that we are responsible for handling.
Third-party service arrangements do not remove any responsibilities we have under our agreement with the client or applicable law.

15. Website Suspension, Hosting Expiry & Data Loss
Website availability may be affected by hosting expiration, domain expiration, security incidents, third-party service interruptions, or technical problems.
Clients are responsible for paying agreed renewal charges and maintaining access to their domain and hosting accounts.
Where ongoing website maintenance or backups are not included in the selected package, these services may require a separate agreement.
We recommend maintaining current website backups and securing all administrative accounts.
If a technical issue arises, our team can assist in investigating the problem according to the client’s support agreement.
Responsibility for data loss, website suspension, or service interruption will depend on the cause, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
16. Website Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon completion of the agreed project and payment of all amounts properly due, the client will receive the rights to the custom website deliverables specified in the project agreement.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
WebXmart and WebXPro retain ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, development methods, and other materials unless expressly transferred in writing.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid licenses for third-party products where required.
The specific ownership and transfer arrangements for each project may be stated in the approved quotation or service agreement.
17. Website Security & Maintenance
We aim to follow appropriate website development and security practices.
However, no website or hosting environment can be guaranteed to remain completely free from vulnerabilities, attacks, or service interruptions.
Clients are responsible for protecting their login credentials and avoiding unauthorized access to their accounts.
Ongoing WordPress updates, plugin maintenance, malware removal, security monitoring, and website backups are included only where specified in the agreed service package.
Additional maintenance services may be offered separately.
18. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
WebXmart may provide basic or advanced SEO services depending on the selected package.
SEO-related work may include:
SEO-Friendly URLs
Meta Titles and Descriptions
Website Heading Structure
Image Alt Text
XML Sitemap Setup
Search Engine Accessibility
On-Page SEO Improvements
We do not guarantee first-page Google rankings, specific keyword positions, website traffic, or sales results.
Search engine performance depends on numerous factors, including competition, content quality, website authority, technical performance, and search engine algorithms.
19. Third-Party Plugins & Integrations
Some website features may require third-party plugins, software subscriptions, APIs, or external services.
These services may involve additional charges, usage limits, or licensing requirements.
Clients will be informed when a requested feature requires a separately paid service.
We are not responsible for independent changes made by third-party providers, except to the extent that we have agreed to manage or support those services or are otherwise legally responsible.
20. Client Communication & Project Records
To maintain transparency, our team may retain relevant project communications and business records.
These may include quotations, invoices, written messages, meeting summaries, voice messages, screenshots, design approvals, and project delivery records.
Such records may be used to clarify agreed requirements, resolve payment disputes, and verify project progress.
Any recording, storage, or use of personal information will be subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
Clients should not assume that an undocumented request has been included in the agreed project scope.
21. Confidentiality & Customer Information
We respect the confidentiality of customer information and project materials.
Customer information will be used for legitimate purposes such as project development, payment verification, communication, and service delivery.
We will not intentionally disclose confidential customer information to unauthorized third parties except where required to provide agreed services, comply with the law, or protect legitimate rights.
Additional details regarding personal information should be provided in our Privacy Policy.
22. Limitation of Liability
WebXmart and WebXPro will take reasonable care in delivering the services agreed with customers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include certain third-party outages, external service interruptions, or unauthorized changes made by persons outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protection rights.
Any contractual limitation of liability must be reasonable, clearly disclosed, and consistent with applicable law.
23. Disputes & Complaint Resolution
If a customer has a complaint regarding project quality, payment verification, delivery, or additional charges, they should contact our team with the relevant project details.
We will review the complaint against the approved quotation, project records, payments, and work completed.
Where appropriate, we may offer corrections, additional development, a revised delivery arrangement, a partial refund, or another suitable resolution.
Both parties are encouraged to attempt a fair resolution before pursuing formal proceedings.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer’s right to seek remedies through the courts or other authorities with jurisdiction.
24. Changes to Terms & Conditions
WebXmart and WebXPro may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, payment procedures, technology, or legal requirements.
Updated terms will be published on our official websites.
Changes will not automatically alter an existing project agreement or remove rights that have already arisen.
25. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are intended to operate in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Any legal dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or authorities determined under applicable law.
